Alexia Perez is a driven individual who has dreamed big from a young age. She began her academic journey by earning her associate degree from Florida State University and later completed her bachelor’s at Florida International University. Living in Miami, her outgoing and social personality helped her build meaningful connections that opened unexpected doors. She entered the aviation industry as a jet broker, where she developed strong negotiation skills and a passion for client service. That experience ignited her interest in real estate, where she discovered her true calling. Today, Alexia is dedicated to helping others find their ideal homes and investments with the same energy, focus, and enthusiasm that define her journey.
